Last week at Breaside
It was my last few weeks at Breaside and primary school. My last few weeks have been so eventful and I had the most memorable times with my friends.
First was the Year 6 production, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. I played Baker, Portiphar and a brother. It was fun and it turned out amazing. It was good for me to get on stage with a mike and seeing all the parents and teachers applaud for us. It also improved my acting.
The next week, we went on a long long coach trip to Normandy and I loved everything but I will never forget some things. Going to Festyland, a small amusement park and going on all the thrilling rides like the Eretic and the 1066 and many more. The Eretic was like a giant swing but at the same time you were spinning rapidly. It was fun but at the end it made me a bit queasy. The 1066 was a ride where you sat in a seat a bit like a train and you go through a tunnel and you keep going up until it stops for three seconds and then... WHOOSH! You go straight down and then you're turned upside down and then keep going till you're in a loopty loop and then it goes in all directions and then finally you're done. We also had a disco and had a talent show where I was a comedian.
It was now the very last week and it was very eventful. First, we had our afternoon tea party where we served our parents their own afternoon tea. It was fun and we also read out our favourite memories at Breaside. Near the end, we did get a bit of food and it was lovely.
Then on the second last day, we had our prize giving ceremony were children from year 2 onwards got prizes. Year 6 sang the Leavers song and the final song of the year 6 production, Any Dream Will Do. Finally Year 6 got their prizes, where I got the Courtesy award.
Then it was the very last day and all of us signed each other's shirts and then we went on a double decca bus with open air. It was really fun, and then we came to Bromley Football Club where we changed into party clothes. After that, we had the disco where we danced a lot and ate some snacks for lunch. Later there was a magician who did amazing tricks including mind reading and time travel. He was amazing! Then, we got a chance to take photos in the photo booth. Then at the end we finally got to play some football. It was time to go and we all said goodbye.
